Major Howard and quartermaster glitched?

I got on this morning and went to get new orders, when I go to major Howard it shows no orders, same for the quartermaster, anyone else having this problem?

    Yep, having the same issue right now, been happening since release i think, just play like normal and from what i know it should just fix itself, do the basic troubleshooting like restarting your console and close the game etc to see if that works.

    Just restart the game, it happens sometimes
