The only thing I do not understand is that I was banned for referencing “Third Party Products” when you see TTV, YT, Kick and TikTok all the time in usernames and they are most certainly third party.
Instead of banning you they could just ask, or even force, you to change your username. Banning an account for that reason is stupid.
You can try to speak with EA support to get unbanned, maybe they will change your nickname and u recover the account.
Ea support it’s pretty good to resolve issues(if u get ur acc hijacked and someone cheats they won’t help)

Did you read the EULA on account name restrictions? You can’t use a trademark in your name unless you own it.

This literally happened to my friend when he started streaming Apex again. He simply issued a charge back on his card and got a majority of his money back. He started streaming and spent $500 on packs and got 3 heirlooms.
Crazy that Apex will permanently ban players who spent so much money for something so stupid like this. He literally told the other guy to not use “insert slur here” and they both got banned. He even sent the vid of the event and Apex never responded.

On top of this, what exactly do you all expect an organization to do? Would you walk into your favorite restaurant advertising your porn channel to everyone present? No. You’d be promptly removed as it’s in appropriate and an infraction on other people’s rights (surprise, everyone has them). Exposing children (who play apex) to porn is litigation EA likely wants to avoid.
Short version: if you won’t/can’t do it in RL, most likely doing it online will have repurcussions as well.

never got a warning and i got a 3 day ban for my STEAM name being nugget fucker. honestly it’s not my fault EA games don’t use the username you give them.
when i went to actually see how long the ban was going to be i saw that about a year ago, when i wasn’t even playing apex my account was “sanctioned” for the same thing.
their entire company can burn for all i care. having to change my steam name every time i play apex is ridiculous especially if im already logged into an EA with a name that fits their guidelines. i didnt even know i got banned the first time as i wasnt using the service.
