The shotgun you play makes yourself burn iirc. this probably triggered a Cyberware you have. Also it seem to be bugged out.

do you have shock and awe cyberware equipped?
If your level is high enough, you basically become immortal with the proper cyberware. also if you the right mods on pc it makes you a god.
How can someone not use Blood pump?
Burning is from the shotgun you are using. You burn yourself in return gain increase in mitigation chance/strength. EMP blast is form edgerunner perk and lvl60 engineer skill. You are not dying because you have max mitigation chance/strength from shotgun plus grenade perk.
