I thought I was going to unlock a Bozo questline, was deeply disappointed when I didn’t. The SFX stopped for me once I killed the guy inside, though.

Christ that’d make me boot the game off during a late night session. Just a sound bug I think, thought it was the cyberpsychosis laugh effect at first but it sounds way creepier

I suspect a bug. I cleared this part not too long ago and there are no such sounds for me.

Ok.this happened to me too but it was right after I used Sandy to kill a bunch of 6th street. The laughs/voices were slowed down after I turned it off. Creepy as hell.

I think it’s all related to the old chemical shit of biotechnica
If you found a shard you can read that voodoo Boys or who the fuck is inside this building are selling and using the chemical shit like it was drugs,one of the voodoo even ask the others(the one you kill near the sofà[we call it Giandomenico because I don’t remember the game])if there’s some negative effects and Giandomenico answered that they only have to think about profit ecc. but he close the message with a laugh
So the most obviouse thing is that the negative effects is an unstoppable laugh and maybe madness
It could be a reference about the crazies who stalk Jena Plissken in Escape from New York
