I have 2 characters set with top loot for when I play with friends for thw high risk area. I keep a 3rd to play with randoms or the consistent crashes, so if I lose stuff, it doesn’t matter much

My backpacks are shared now? I can fill a large backpack with perks on one character and my other 2 characters with medium backpacks are full of the stuff from the first character? Is this normal

When you stow an operator and swap out for a new one does all the gear they have save on them when you reequip them in one of the three slots? Are you able to have every operator in the game stocked with gear?
