Wow. I posted about this the other day, not knowing anything about these challenges. I found Speedy and Jug within a few minutes, just messing around. In my case, for Speedy, the vehicle never made it to the road. It went straight down at the ramp, and I ran to the road and the portal appeared. For Jug, I used a thermite and threw it at the bunny. After that, I figured you just had to destroy the bunnies. Lol.
