There’s a mod you can get that makes gang fights and fights between gangs and police much more common.

I always love picking them off from the shadows with a silenced gun til there’s like 2 left from one side then I get them with my mantis blades

I would love to see like, one of those battle simulators where you can create the arena and put different groups against each other, based on all of this. Customize their loadouts, ammo, ect.
