7800x3d – PBO, CO-20, EXPO 6000mhz cl30, getting weird readings of 1000c+ on DDR5

So new to the am5 platform, been noticing this happening in hwinfo64,

I assume this is a bug lol, is this a known thing or have i messed something up with PBO/Expo.

Specs:

* 7800x3d – PBO CO-20
* Msi b650 tomahawk flashed to latest bios
* Corsair 2x16gb ddr5 6000mhz cl30

note: I did have a black screen -> pc restarted itself, this happened once and the pc did not shut down, just restarted, fans and everything stayed on, this was on CO -30, assumed it was from that and have been on -20 for 2 days now.
