I don’t know if it happens with money, but I know a lot of left-side-of-screen notifications don’t show while driving then pop up when you get out of the car, so maybe it has something to do with some transactions you did way before this moment…

Transactions won’t be displayed until you exit a vehicle.
So if you have a lot of notifications in your activity log that are delaying the transaction activity and you enter a vehicle, it won’t show it until you exit the vehicle.

It might’ve been a delayed purchase especially when you get into a car. They won’t show money being taken from your account if you get into a car right after a purchase. It’ll wait until you get out
