I’m working on the Freezer Burn mission rn and for some reason I just can’t seem to freeze a single hell hound with Cryo. I’ve been specifically targeting them in both Tier 1 and Tier 2. Is there something else I can try or is it just luck?

I used a pistol in t2 and it worked. Just shot them one shot at a time till it slows them. Also some contracts will spawn dogs in so you have more of them to give you a better chance at getting it.
Shoot em in the feet with a low lvl weapon
It seems like the more bullets you put into them the better chance to freeze them. So if you’re gun is too strong it kills them too quickly so I think I packed once then was in T3 so they would take a lot of bullets to kill. Got it pretty quickly
Use a weak semi automatic shotgun. Got it done in 1 round this way.
Just wait until you get to the shatter blast on armored enemies mission
