i stopped playing because any time i would load up the game this would happen(cant get passed this it just loops). Anyone know what’s going on or how to fix it?

Wait for Shaders to finish maybe?
MW3 just dropped, every time they launch a new cod since MW2019, previous games start experiencing issues.
Depending on how widespread the issue is, one could be forgiven for thinking Activision does this purposely to try and drive launch day sales.
