Looks like the sealed ends of the heat pipes for the cooler. Hard to tell in that pick for certain but I’m pretty confident. If I am correct that looks pretty normal.

I might be missing something, but those are just where the air cooler heat pipes are crimped. It is not a problem and can be seen on many air coolers.

it’s shocking how many people are confidently incorrect here
Unless there’s an actual hole in the heatpipe it’s fine just monitor temps and see if they’re within safe limits

I googled images and although hard to get a 360 not a single one showed 4 crimped end pieces. Some showed heat pipes going almost the length of the gpu, he other side SHOULD be solid shroud with logo
Images are hard to reference so I’m not claiming infallible but I sure can’t find a similar image

Those have 200% been cut and should go the length of the gpu spreading out from that spot
