Try to disable all overlays in all third-party programs. (Blizzard, steam, nvidia ….)
Completely cods fault not working on Xbox series x or ps5 either
Try deleting the call of duty folder in your documents ( dw u dont have to reinstall it contains config files and such)
Have you tried uninstalling your OS and then reinstalling it, and then while you wait, go get an Xbox?
Damn, this happens to me too, also tried everything I could think of. These games are strait garbage at this point
I wouldn’t worry too much, you’re not missing much.
Update: for AMD users do a DDU uninstall and install again fresh drivers.
