I got an office chair like . . . 5 years ago, it’s all mesh on the back and seat and it’s fine. The foam under the knee area has crumbled a bit but not . . . done anything like this. And no it’s not one of those $1,000 + chairs. It was about $200, I think it’s $250 normally- or was anyway.
The arms of the chair are cracking.
No offense to anyone using these chairs, but I gotta ask:
How have these things stayed as popular as they are when I’ve heard nothing but “Uncomfortable as hell” and have seen photos like this where they’re failing in short order.
I figured they’d fall out of popularity given the issues but people still seem to eat them up so- why? How? Why again?
