I think it supposed to be the codes for the portals to access the vault in the tunnels at the mansion but you can just trial and error them so I’m not sure, seems like there is 4 portals for the vault I’ve found one of them in the hotel where the Rook dude spawns (southwest-ish side of the map top floor of the hotel)
