I got a handful of 4770ks out of failed business computers and I’ve delided them and started binning them and I’m half way through and ran into this Lil guy also 10th gen direct die frame only needs a slight modification to work on 4th gen intel cpus

Hope it’s only for your own purposes, XOC guys can’t use delidded chips. 4.9Ghz is not bad at that voltage for a 4770K!
