How to stop my GPU ignoring my Core Clock Curve (MSI Afterburner)?

So as the title suggests, I found that my RTX 3080 Suprim X 10GBG can run at the base clock speed of 1905MHz at 0.875V (stable with no artifacts for over 7-8 months), so it’s a win-win, less power usage and lower temps.

However, sometimes when I check the monitoring in-game or in benchmarks, it boosts to 1920Mhz or 1935Mhz and when it boosts to those clock speeds, sometimes it ups the voltage as well, from \~0.881V even to 0.9V.

I know that it isn’t a big difference, but I would like my profile to stay consistent.

I’ve tried deleting the profile, setting it up again, uninstalling Afterburner, etc. I’ve had this problem for a few months, and even on a clean reinstallation of Windows 11 (I like to do a clean install every 6ish months), the problem persists.

Is there a way to solve this?
