I’ve seen this before only once but this is the first time I’ve caught it on recording. Last time was a few years ago on Xbox. Is there a claymore perma perk? I heard the noise of me losing a perma perk before I placed more that were normal versions (the noise is in the clip too)

No such permaperk/persistent upgrade. You got Insta-Kill Pro at the start of the clip, and lost Half-Off.
