This is great because I went through my A.C. adapter box about 2 days ago.
The power adapter for my usb hdd reader died on me, so I found one from an old router/modem and brought the reader back to life. Part of me wanted to recycle my collection a few years ago, but they sit neatly in a box that’s stored away in my closet not getting in the way, so fuck it i’ll keep them.

I doubt many remember (before USB) the racks upon racks of cell-phone chargers in a store, all proprietary and very expensive. It took an hour to find one that fit your exact model.

Every year I go to my storage in the basement and look at the shit I have. If I don’t remember using it in the past 6 months, I just throw it out.
