if it came with a monitor than yeah. other than that the cpu cooler is wack and the cpu itself is getting old which means the motherboard probably pretty old and not upgradable for newer gen. i wouldve said $1150
ReconJesus
With that CPU I would say about $1,100
Everything else is very solid, but eventually that 11th-gen will start really falling behind in the next couple of years.

Not worth it
You can build a 4070 PC for $1000, and that’s new with warranty
EDIT – Adding my example build to this comment because people keep missing it
it’s not a great deal but also isn’t awful, i mean, building yourself with this budget would actually get you a similar performance build but with newer parts. but this wasn’t ‘freshly built’ unless it was out of used parts.
ContactIcy3963
I’d bargain $1000 for $1100 par score
Tshirt_Ninja_
1k would be my offer at most.
its a buyers market again. as mentioned below. a 4070 rig can be built for under $1100
JordansBigPenis69
hell nah. 700$ max
nafuzziTHC
800$
Cave_TP
No, you can build something faster even for new
IamMucho
I think if you can get it below 1000 dollars it would be a GOOD deal. For this price you can almost build it new with maybe a second hand GPU
sopedound
Offer him like 800. Guaranteed he went hopeful with the price but you could talk him down
Depends on how much a new 3080 costs in your area. Here the cheapest one costs $860. The CPU is a bit old however. I would consider buying it for the GPU, SSDs, PSU and case. Then sell the rest and buy last gen CPU/MB/RAM

No way 700-800
Few_Contribution6618
Nah for like 900 bucks is kinda worth it but for 1350 you can get rtx 4070 pc which is way better
MailConsistent1344
$1250 and they got a deal. 3080 and an i7 with some premium components. This build was not cheap.
StolzHound
I’d offer $800 and maybe go up to $900 but those are some older pieces and it’s the 10gb 3080. And while people are going to say the cost of a 3080 is still high, it’s insanity for people to pay more than $400 for one. Seriously, the GPU market is outrageously bonkers with how they price cards.
Breklin76
I’d offer $850, be willing to go up to $1050.
Gamrok4
1000$, no more than 1100$. Seems like a good machine.
harkon422
The pc is good but price is not
deefop
Hell no.
AMCstronk4life

harry_lostone
no its not.
you have 1350$ to buy a pc, why on earth would you buy used stuff (especially when they don’t worth that much new)? You can get a perfect rig for that price, with 3 year warranty and all the parts unused.
I don’t get it honestly
Frostbitttn_
You could probably build that exact same PC for cheaper if you bought the same parts individually
red6joker
I am surprised that slim cooler is enough for that 11700k
SameGuy37
wouldn’t pay more than $650. it’s used. no warranties.
LataKatten
It only has 16 gb memory.. but $1350 sounds good for this!
blackest-Knight
“Freshly built”.
3-6 year old components.
Or in Kitchen Nightmare parlance : “Fresh frozen”.

I don’t think so, 11th gen cpu 14th is out now.
Not really.
It’s a decent pc but not for that price
