And he still couldnt beat blackhand until 2013 and that was only because smasher cornered him and after the bombs went of and smasher was found my guy was like 90% gone and morgan just dissapeared like obiwan in ep4 hes also still rumored to be alive

The thing is the 2% of Smasher that actually makes him Adam Smasher and not a robot is biological and will decay just like any other biological matter. You can only preserve it for so long even with 2077 tech. Even if you put his memories or engram into the robot it wouldn’t be Adam Smasher any more it would just be a machine that thinks it is. The real Smasher would be dead.
