She’s not displaying out of control behavior on the scale of the Cyberpsychos we’re assigned to neutralize, but she’s clearly disassociating and losing her ability to see value in human life beyond her career. Death is now just something that is artistic fodder for her.
It’s important not to conflate the whole of all mental illness and conclude all Cyberpsychos rampage or have the same MO. The core of Cyberpsychosis is the inability to empathize and identify with fellow humans.
Because she has such a support system around her meant to protect her image she’s kept “functional”.

from what i understood, she’s a sociopath, she got a kick out of killer her manager and is now doing BDs that are just her going to town on people and it’s somehow along with her bodyguard and doing something she loves in music keeping her dancing on a fine like between cyberpsychosis and sanity, she’ll easily go cyberpsycho one day because either the manger will die, she’ll get replaced with a new act or worse, killing people won’t give her the same buzz and she will just go on a rampage

I’d say some cyberware has more of a toll on the mind than others.

And Lizzy Wizzy, as well as Johnny, Spider, Smasher, Morgan Blackhand, and many others all suffer from some sort of cyberpsychosis but can still keep it under control (for the most part). Johnny had his insane drinking, drug binges, and conspiracy theories to let off steam. Spider went deep diving into the net. Smasher smashed (in more ways than one). Lizzy Wizzy has her “creative process.” Basically, if they’re a solo, they probably have cyberpsychosis and can keep it under control.
It’s also pretty treatable as long as you have the cash and don’t mind toning it down on your chrome.
