You have to remember that scene outside of Viks, V had just gotten out of a 2 yr coma. Atrophy is a bitch and very real. Would take time to get back into form, months even or longer.

On a serious note, what is the weapon? Skills/passive in body tree? Because i don’t think any baseball bat have knock down feature like that.

I thought that the cured V disappearing into obscurity ending was a bit suspect as well.
Even without cybernetics, V would have sufficient weapons expertise and knowledge of melee combat to take care of herself against a pair of street punks, after a period of rehabilitation and training.
So V no longer has armor under the skin? Big deal. Thats what bullet proof vests are for. And V could handle Power Weapons just fine without cybernetics.
I have a difficult time believing that my V would be quite as helpless and bambi like after surgery as CDPR would have us believe – there is an entire other act where V picks herself off the ground and lives her best life as an organic solo. The cybernetics dont dictate V’s effectiveness. Training and mindset do.

this is true, chrome isnt the end all be all, but in the game it’s heavily enforced that only the best mercs carry chrome.
its just how the game its written but gameplay wise it’s a load of bulloney
