For me it happens at either dusk or dawn time and especially when it rains… on ray tracing settings… idk if that’s what’s messing it up.

Happened to me too, might even be the same spot? Near Capitan? It persisted even through a restart and disappeared randomly when I fast traveled.

i had that same bug quite often and it was annoying. i dont think its fixed, but i finished the game to 100 percent again. so if they fix this, i will never know. quite sad actually
