The RAM only works at 2133 MHz
I tried with XMP 1, XMP 2 . They both don’t work at all .

Specs
Prime Z690 -P DDR4
Intel i5-12600k
2×8 GB patriot viper steel DDR 4 4400mhz.
Air supply is adequate in the PC case
What should I do to get more MHzs ?
I want to get 32 GB Ram .
So should I get another Viper steel 2×8
Or get new 16×2 RAM ?

  1. 4400mhz out of the box on gear1 is basically impossible. You would need to have gotten a God tier imc. Try 4000 and below and see if it works, try pumping a lil bit of voltage on the dimms as well they usually take 1.5v to get close to full speed and pump you system agent to 1.1 to 1.3 until it works. Trial and error. Have fun.

Check that XMP isn’t also changing the BCLK. On Rocket Lake with my ASUS board, enabling XMP on that Viper Steel kit caused the BCLK to go to ~103 MHz. Alder Lake can probably do 4200 MT/s in Gear 1, but you might have to invest some time into it.
