The 5700XT is slightly better in raw performance. ~10% from what I can gather. On the flip side the NVidia card has certain features that the AMD card lacks, such as ray tracing, DLSS (which is significantly better than FSR), CUDA, NVenc and more.
Whether you’re more partial to raw performance versus quality of life features is something Reddit can’t decide for you.

The 2060 will be better since the 5700xt cant run games that require mesh shaders which is like the new big thing. But its better to stretch your budget more and get a used 3060 12gb for 170-200$~

If it’s the whole pc it’s usable but lacking in performance in some cpu intensive games.
