Looks like it shorted nothing, BUT it probably got into the socket. If it was running while this happened, I don’t have much hope. If not, just clean it off 100% before turning it on.

Clean up everything really really well outside of the CPU. Then take out the CPU and check the pins as some might have gone in there. Take the time now to clean it up so you don’t destroy anything.
