Nope. XIM already confirmed that this will not have any effect.
XIM and the like need to be connected to an official controller. They simply pass device authentication to the underlying device. XIM will not be affected at all unfortunately
This does not have an effect on mods such as Cronus or Xim. It’s a block on devices that send a signature not signed by Microsoft and XBOX- 3rd party controllers, some KBM, etc.
