Latency 5800X3D 4x3733MHz cl14. How can some reach 55ns. PLS advise great teachers

   On safemode I am able to reach 51.5ns, I have 2133mhz ddr4 ram and tightened the shit out of it. but on normal Windows its hovers around 63 to 58ns
