New to DDR5 overclocking and getting disappointing results. I’ve watched videos on how to tune Hynix A-die kits and with these settings I should get at least 100+GB/s read while I’m not even close. What am I missing ? Also shared a PerformanceTest score where I’m scoring lower than DDR4 at 3600Mhz!

So I have 2 issues – first my read score is terrible and the second one is PerformanceTest score with DDR5 at 6600@30-38-38-50 is lower than my previous score with a DDR4 running at 3600Mhz@14-14-14 and slower CPU.
Also if you think that running i5 at 4Ghz is affecting the Aida64 read score I think it is not that because I tried running the CPU at 3.8 and 4.6 and there was NO effect on the score.
Since your 12400 is “only” at 4 GHz as opposed to the 5.1-5.2 GHz result you posted on the DDR4 benchmark, you’re going to see higher memory latency. 6 cores at “merely” 4 GHz are unable to saturate DDR5-6600 bandwidth.
Judging by the tRFC2 and tRFCpb timings, you’re on M-die, and 6600 on a 12th gen IMC with a 2DPC motherboard is already a strong result in my opinion. You might get slightly lower memory latency from enabling *Round Trip Latency* under DRAM training algorithms, and setting tWR down to 16 ticks will also help slightly.
Passmark is inconsistent rubbish.
