So I recently got a used 6950XT for a good deal and decided to benchmark it, and I got back with better than average score at stock. With some overclocking and an interesting cooling solution (picture) I got a score of 12620.
My specs are a Ryzen 5 5600x (running at 4.8ghz 1.4v just for benchmarking), 4x8gb ram (3333mhz), and of course my 6950xt, able to be pretty stable at 2800mhz core (1070v), and 2400mhz memory.
How can I push this card further? I currently have the #2 score for my specs and Id like to get #1.

Forgot to mention that it seems Ive run into power limit issues, as i cant go past 390w
