move desk away from wall. use lighter color sheet/curtain on the wall. turn your keylights to the wall and let it bounce the light so you dont get a harsh lighting.
undermount your xbox to your desk.
maybe get a shelved unit or an alex drawer to replace your side table.
spring loaded monitor arm so you can move it closed to you and lower it when you use it for your driving sim.
