    Is userbenchmark right? Are these paid ads?

    There are legitimate reasons for picks each company for each part.
    Low power draw: nvidia gpu and amd cpu
    Low cost gaming machine: intel cpu and amd gpu
    Low cost ai machine: intel arc

    Like this weird fetish for amd in this subreddit is ridiculous. I see someone post a build, and people will swap the cpu and gpu for amd parts and say it’s better price to performance.

    AMD’s CPUs are great. For GPUs, I still prefer Nvidia for the extra features. The ridiculous pricing can fuck off though.

    What most people outside US dont get is AMD support and warranty outside US/EU sucks, thats it thats the reason people in most of asia do not buy amd. I have a 3700x and for god i hope i dont ever have to rma it

    I like Nvidia cause for high end, it’s just better. I like Intel cause i like the color blue(as far as I’m concerned for gaming intel vs amd is pointless, I just buy intel because…I know which one to get and I don’t have to do any research, give me newest i7(maybe i9 if I’m doing well $ wize))

    Oh please as if Nvidia is only what it is from marketing. It’s been a minute since I’ve had an AMD GPU but from what I remember the driver support/updates are not as frequent as Nvidia. In my experience Nvidia tech is way better, FSR is trash compared to DLSS , especially DLSS 3 and FG; gsync is leagues above the last time I used a free sync monitor a year ago. That said it’s clear that AMD offers a much more accessible product in terms of price and power.

    But Nvidia GPU is definitely superior than AMD though, if I have large disposable income I would rather buy the 4090 than the 7900XTX

    I really don’t know what this is implying because amd cpus are better, Nvidia gpus are better at rtx and upscaling but amd gpus are more vfm and Barbie is a better a movie than oppenheimer
