I would center one monitor with my face and have it straight in line with my PoV instead of both offset and angled.
Otherwise this setup is absolutely sick.

2.1 Sound and not $20 pebble speakers. One monitor in the middle as your primary with a side monitor, but perhaps you prefer always turning your head a bit. Ultimately I’d look at an ultrawide.
