    I think this is to let NC/DT load without a loading screen as you’re going in and out

    I mean it has a reason to be there – explains why people without the PL expansion cant go inside of Dogtown

    I mean, if I scanned a random merc and it showed they are chromed up to their teeth with legendary implants, an entire arsenal os their trunk and a list of crimes longer than my arm, I’d also let them through.

    It should’ve detected the guy in the trunk on that one mission. Lore wise why do they even have it if they can’t detect bodies in a trunk? If it were just identification purposes I feel like the scan of the entire car is unnecessary

    I remember i got detected once while i was driving from dogtown with police level out of combat and they destroyed me
