That was the look I was looking for for a long time, but I feel like it should be a little prettier.
What do you guys think about my setup appearance? Should I change the wall colour? Maybe figure out a way to put a monitor base under the stands?

You need some speakers, and get rid of that echo. Do you really need two monitors plus a tv? I would get rid of the tv and install some art or wall mounted speakers.
Funko pops, maybe a giant novelty Dildo to tie the room together.
Add another small plant or two.
if those monitors are the same size why not just put them side by side and put the laptop on your right L-table?
