You made a huge mistake following him behind the statue. In that situation after he takes cover you just stand there and hold the angle. If he tries to jump challenge the ads penalty will get him killed almost certainly.

I dont think that’s strictly just tac sprint. That looks like some savage desync as well. This game and its servers are such trash you can’t feel confident that it operates like it should ever. Best example is when you go around the statue you see the player and they have a very unsmooth and quick sprint out of your fov behind the statue.

That’s normal movement. If you want to complain about movement we should be talking about the streamers who somehow do everything in fast forward, even things like reloading are way above normal
