   You have an insta kill so it’s stupid easy, but still you’re right you just have to intentionally walk into the zombie to avoid a lunge. However, the problem is when you touch zombies you get stuck because they are able to push you, making it very hard to do multi-knife kills without dying. Play WAW remastered mod to avoid this issue
