And when you appear, level 47, reputation 50, tons of chrome on your body and a mischievous smile

Totally accurate, one of saves ive been “almost about to die” for probably 3 months, if not more between wandering around and time skips for vendors. 😁😁

I mean, I only meet with him to I can do Panem’s quest line and get that sweet sniper rifle.

  4. I actually do the diner meeting immediately, the Japantown one? Well, that’s a whole other topic.

This is actually one of the quests you should get out of the way **immediately**. It unlocks the Panam and Judy questlines, and you can’t put the lizard egg in the bowl without completing the quest.

Cyberpunk, where you cure Brain cancer by refusing to acknowledge it’s existence and pretending everythings fine.

I live forever if I never go to Embers. Get too burn rubber in the badlands with Panam and not care.

Woulda been funny if after an absurd number of in game days V straight up drops dead.

If there was infinite content like gigs/police dispatches, I’m pretty sure I’d never finish the game. I’m up to the Reaper ending and I can’t bring myself to finish it ’cause I don’t want the game to be over. I just wanna ride around on my Kusanagi, with Johnny popping up occasionally, and melt a shit tonne of bad guys with quickhacks from the shadows, forever.

On my first playthrough of the game, but definitely noticed this as well. Everytime I finish a mission and it pops up to go meet him in Japantown I promptly open my journal and go “nah, lets see what else I have before I ever go do that”, only because I assume he’s what starts the endgame stuff and I’m just not ready for that to happen. So I just imagine he’s up on that bridge leaned against the rail, just waiting… waiting… Also, like the whole parade is just held up waiting for V.

I feel like everyone should do this straight after unlocking it. It makes you talk to Johnny properly and also opens up other things without pushing the story forward. I usually do this then just leave Takemura to the very end.
