Haven’t seen them do it much since 2.0 but they used to do it all the time before. I’ve failed missions before because a guy tripped over his buddy’s unconscious body and killed them both. Annoying at the time, but honestly hilarious looking back.

Even your own character can trip and fall. It is rare enough that it isn’t a bother tho. I’ve had it happen maybe 2 or 3 times in 250 hrs

Someone posted a video yesterday of their V running down the sidewalk and tripping and falling over.
I’ve got over 300 hours on 4 different playthroughs and never saw either of these things happen lol
