    I think I read somewhere that V is the actual radio, and oftentimes the game gets confused and think that V is talking so it adds in the li[ synch. But shit, it looks cool to have V singing along so why bother fixing it?

    I noticed that when i was phoning Songbird, V was mouthing both Songbirds words and, well obviously, her own. Kinda creepy kinda funny lol

    V is actually capable of being a human Bluetooth speaker. Every time he goes into a vehicle he connects to the radio.

    Lip sync in the game is made using deep learning and works when audio plays in the cutscene , think the bug happens due the code getting triggered out of cutscene
