they climb in. bed bugs and cockroaches love to get in electronics. pc dvd players tv’s u name it.
this could be a sign of an infestation if you are finding bugs in your electronics.
Insert small scissors, cut it up, suck out with vacuum.
I’m gonna assume it climbed in through the fan grill. PSUs have capacitors that contain enough energy to kill you, so it’s not advisable to open them up.

You could probably take out the PSU, turn it upside down and try to get the dead bug to fall out the fan grill or suck it out with a vac from there.
Take it out the PC and try shaking it towards the fan grill.
You shouldn’t open it unless you know what you’re doing, there’s caps in there that can hurt/kill you even when it’s unplugged for a while.
You can probably just leave it if it’s not causing problems.

OT: Funnily enough, this type of problem is one of the famous examples why a computer error/defect is known as a bug.

Don’t try to open the PSU, some capacitors inside contain a lethal charge. Best is to lie the PC down and let the bug come out on its own.
Unplug the PSU. Give it a minute or two for the discharge resistors to blank the capacitors (yay electrical regulations!) then take the PSU’s case off. It’s usually four screws, but sometimes more, then remove your friend.
You can remove the PSU and disassemble it (very carefully, it’s kinda dangerous) and blow it all out with compressed air. I did this with PSU once and was appalled at the amount of crap that had gotten stuck in there, but I felt a lot better after I got it all clean.
The only way to fix this: BURN YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE DOWN. scratch that, BURN THE NEIGHBORHOOD DOWN.

You can open it up, just wear gloves and don’t touch the capacitors.

I once had a big fly pissing me off near my computer, it somehow managed to get under the psu and straigth into the spinning fan, didnt live much longer after that
Remove the psu and play the shaky shaky game till you get it to fall out of the fan
Definitely do NOT insert anything metallic to break the bug apart. You’ll probably be fine but if you touch anything that’s charged then you aren’t gonna have a fun time. If you decided to follow this course of action use chopsticks or something

That’s not your power supply anymore, that’s the bugs power supply now. You can happily buy a new PSU.
You need to debug it.
You can open the power supply and take it out if it’s bothering you. Just unplug it, press the power button a few times and wait a few minutes for the capacitors to discharge. Then it’s safe to open. The tops of the capacitors can’t shock you, and it’s not like you’re going to be touching the bottom of the circuit board anyway.
Clearly something laid eggs in your PC, and now the offspring are reaching adulthood in there.
* Put your PC in a dark room.
* Put a torch somewhere in the room, pointing towards the PC.
* Turn torch on.
* Wait.
The bug will likely make its own way out and try to get towards the light.
FYI, if you or someone else ever gets an insect in your ear, try to remain calm (*haha, good fucking luck*) and use the same trick to get it to come out.
