Yeah now devs are relying on gpu gimmick software. This is why people need to stop pre-ordering games. Fact is if a game can’t run on a GPU without say DLSS or FSR then your game is shit. Took me almost 3 years before I bought cyberpunk.

City skylines is a stupidly CPU intensive game.
The game isn’t GPU bottlenecked.

There’s a couple of things here – it’s likely a CPU limited game for a start, plus it’s a static city builder – I doubt I even need more than 30fps anyway.
on Pc, there is a backlog of 90 000 games, you have not played them all, and you do not need to upgrade, also, you do not need to play at max settings, after I completed God of war, I was playing around with the settings, and the bare minimum does not look bad, in fact at first glance it’s almost indistinguishable. I have a 3070ti, and have not come across one game that I can’t run at 1440p. 60fps is already great, there is plenty of older games that already look better than this unoptimized shit. I feel grateful for the PC market, there is nothing I need to criticize. You ungrateful bastard, play games instead of looking at graphs.
