Updated my bios and after my cpu kept running at a overclocked state which would freeze up me playing a game and watching a YouTube vid and have tried a lot of stuff to fix it but no avail
Idle temp is 80 degrees

reset your bios to default values, then reapply XMP if you need it for your memory kit
