So what I did was hear her out, gather all the intel and data I could and let her live. Because yes she pissed me off and I hated her guts but role-play wise…I figured I’d given her a good shake-down, killed everyone in her building (lol whoops), argued for Tommy and the kids and now had some power over her. I showed her mercy so she owes me one and if not I can at least get to her again, easily, if need be. It’s better I keep her in my trap that sever the head only for it to regrow, possibly out of my reach.

I chose to let her live at first but was ambushed as soon as I left the building, which I assumed was her doing. I then went back up the elevator and planted a half-charged tech revolver shot into the middle of her forehead.

If she bit the big one they just move someone up and then increase security. Financially ruining them stops them.

And I found out that she did hold up her end of the deal, since if you do this, >!Tommy will later be found at the clothing vendor in the stadium, since it turns out the vendor is his dad, and he tells you Tommy is going to Europe to play soccer and offers you a discount on clothing, which you can either accept or refuse.!<
Next playthrough, though, she’s going to get the horrific taste of some Blackwall gateway to the brain.

This was one of the hardest choices in the whole game for me. Above all else, it’s indisputable fact that her exploitation of children is completely monstrous. But on the other hand it’s also true that she’s giving these kids a chance at a better future that they almost certainly never would have gotten otherwise. But the problem is that I just can’t decide if the few that do make it out of poverty through her program justifies the suffering of all the kids that don’t make it. So it’s really hard to say what the right decision is. End what she’s doing in order to stop the exploitation of children, at the cost of all kids being doomed to a life of poverty in the slums of Dogtown. Or to take her deal, and let her continue her work, allowing at least some kids a chance to escape their poverty. But at the cost of the suffering of the children who don’t make it. It’s a really morally grey decision on V’s part. No matter what choice we make, kids will continue to suffer.

She can’t even deny what she’s doing is fucked, you can find emails to the facility from ripperdocs whose expertise was asked for and they are very clear that implants at the age the kids there are getting them is incredibly unsafe and another email where she doesn’t give a shit she’s leaving children in horrific pain.

For the few who do make it it’s fantastic and it sucks, but 80% are just ending up in horrific pain and worse off than they were before they signed up.

Worst part for me was how she’s running just one of hundreds of facilities and this is apparently so common that Hands is surprised we didn’t already know about it
