Yeah, this is a good deal. You’d be paying close to $900 buying individual parts on this.
I think you shouldn’t buy pre-builds, just build it yourself, will be cheaper
The one obvious sticking point is the CPU, which is closer to a 3600 in performance than it is the 5600. It shouldn’t matter in most scenarios, but it might be a problem at fairly high framerates, so it’s a bad pairing with a 144hz+ display. The price is pretty fair assuming there’s nothing else wrong with it, though.
That is not bad. I actually have a build list that is rather similar, I will link. The only down side is the “bones” like the quality of the PSU/Ram/Motherboard.

So, will the parts be as since in the ones in this list. Probably not. But, performance wise it will be right there with it.

Also, just to reinforce, I am sayin this Prebuilt is good. Though caveats exist.
Depending on the motherboard you might even be able to over clock that 5500, which in synthetic test, you can get it to hang with the 5600x(though some games will not be so forgiving)

If you’re worried about getting scammed you go go to pcpartpicker.com and click on the specs that the PC in question has and it’ll give you a total. They always show you where you can get the cheapest prices and have a majority of parts in their system (certain things they do not) but also remember that there might be a slight upcharge for putting it together nothing too drastic though

i guess that’s just a generic image, as that gpu doesn’t looks like a rx 6700.
If all the parts are correct, then i think it’s a good price.
Not so bad, just keep in mind the motherboard is going to be some cheap pos but its a starting point more so than anything, can buy a new one replace it and put the same parts back in and have a better machine and still basically save money, since you then will have a spare board to sell OR make a small streaming machine from!
Solid deal. Normally, I’d say dont go through walmart and go to their website and save even more. But they must have a heck of a deal with walmart cause on their own websites similar priced machines are worse
The build I linked costs about $635 with the same specs although the psu in the one I added is most likely higher quality than whatever’s in the prebuilt. So if your confident enough to build one on your own I would highly recommend it but that’s actually really cheap for a prebuilt.

I listed the 5500 as $67 because it’s currently out of stock but was only $67 on Newegg but keep in mind it normally cost between $80-$90.
Heya, first of all thanks for the genuinely helpful comments! I’m always afraid I’m gonna make a post and everyone would call me a dumbass lmao. Secondly, I do know how to build a PC, I put my current PC together, I’m just not too savvy with more modern components, been stuck on old hardware for a while. Judging by what you all have said, I think I’m going to take it once I can afford it! It’s not too much more than building it myself, and it’s significantly more convenient. Sure I lose some quality in stuff like the motherboard, but it’s a fair enough trade off.
Also after looking into it more, the SSD is a gen 4 nvme drive, it comes with an additional 1tb hard drive, and has 802.11ac wifi. Dunno how much that affects things value-wise, but I’m pretty happy with this! Now just to hope it’s still around when I can afford it 😛
Saw it at walmart in person a couple days ago without it on but there was a XFX 7600, not sure what SSD it was but I think it was a known brand either SK Hynix or Adata not too sure but it will run pretty good with FPS games and any triple A games thats coming out as well but you can build a slightly better one for that price as well.
I just bought this yesterday at my local Walmart I haven’t opened it yet been lazy first time having a pc is it just plug 🔌 and play or do I gots to fix up some things 🤷♂️
