The Satara has a default 50% armor pen. If I add two Tier 5 Swiss Cheese mods on it, the armor pen goes up to 110%. What does the extra 10% do?

My question is where you found this? I have found 2 Blue Tier ones in over a 100-hour playthrough. Total. I wanted one to stick on my Smart AR so badly because its base damage is a bit pathetic, but I could never find enough to actually make a Tier 5 one.
Same with the HeadHopper Mod too.

If you exceed 100% AP you become the penetrator

After punching through the target, bullets will turn mid-air and hit the target again

If you exceed 100% nothing happends, you will have same bonus for a.p., and im not sure if cap for it is on lower number than 100%

For example if your Armor penetration is 200% then it’s double penetration.
