I’m also going to say that Hansen got a shockingly small amount of screen time. He’s a compelling baddie and I’d love to have had more interactions with him. It would have been fun to have a few scrapes where he or V escaped. You know, like Vaas in Far Cry 3. Thoughts?

Out the ones that had some sort of impact I’m going to say the Peralez’s. That whole plot was way deeper than a side quest should have been and an interesting plot hook that went nowhere.

I would have loved it if that quest line had ended up intersecting with the Peralez one then going off to uncover some vast conspiracy over multiple missions.
Susie Q (Mox leader) could have been a great quest-giver, we already get a lot of the backstory from Judy.
A couple of the fixers could do with a big mission after you finish their jobs too, Dakota seems interesting but I don’t remember learning much about her. And Dino?

I find it weird how the president just disappeared after the start of the dlc, i thought she would have a bigger part.
My personal favorite is Hanako. I would have loved to see more from her.

Sometimes I forget that the big corps exist, because most of the time we interact with criminal gangs..
Hansen was almost criminally underused but at the same time it gave his scenes more gravitas

I genuinely feel bad for Mama Wells. She technically loses two people that she really cared about. No matter what ending you do, nothing would bring V or Jackie back

Like make her like the phantom one where you had to chase him down before you could KO him.
I feel like both Scorpion and Mitch are both super underutilised characters. Scorpion especially.
