I’ve browsed different RAM options for my motherboard (MAG Z390M MORTAR (MS-7C00 [https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-Z390M-MORTAR/Specification](https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-Z390M-MORTAR/Specification))), and narrowed the choice to these two:
1: F4-4400C17D-32GVK Ripjaws V DDR4-4400 CL17-18-18-38 1.50V 32GB (2x16GB)
2: F4-4000C16D-32GVKA Ripjaws V DDR4-4000 CL16-16-16-36 1.40V 32GB (2x16GB)
Assuming the cost is the same, which one would you go with? Both are supposed to be B-die.
Maybe I should consider something else? Thanks!

My answer is #2.
