I like this bug, because I think it is quiet possible that the cromes are able to move the body seeemingly aimlessly even after its death.

This seems funny at first glance, but when you think about it, it is kind of horrifying.
It is entirely possible that this is just the body’s implants glitching out due to loss of signal from the brain. The game has already established that you can hack someone’s implants to take control of their motor functions.
If CDPR really wanted to play up the body horror aspects of the game, they’d have included a dollhouse where all the dolls start going homicidal because a faulty software update, or the dead bodies of all the goons(maybe Maelstrom since they’re the most chromed up gang) you just killed come back to life and try to kill you.
